Dinner at Hotel La Normandie (evening.. Day 2)

Dinner...

Ron started off with a small glass of Porto.. and I enjoyed a Singapore Sling





Fresh bread and whipped butter arrived with out drinks.


First course was Frog Legs on a bed of greens with lemony-garlic served on the corner of the plate


Second course was Salade Normandie.. mixed greens with apple, walnuts, cheese, raisins..served with a balsamaic vinegarette


Third course was Lobster fresh that day from the ocean outside that morning ... served with lemon, parsnips, a wedge of zuchinni, and ratatouille.


We finished off the meal with a Grasshopper for me, and Glen Fiddich scotch for Ron.
